The METRO GROUP Management Board demands all METRO GROUP executives and employees to act in accordance with all applicable laws, the METRO GROUP Business Principles and company guidelines - always and everywhere.
This hotline is part of the METRO GROUP compliance system and has been implemented to receive reports about non-compliant behaviour within METRO GROUP. The electronic system and accompanying local hotline phone numbers are operated by an independent and professional service provider LRN/EthicsPoint, Inc.
The hotline is available to all METRO GROUP employees and any third party.
SistemdeThe system in general also allows filing reports anonymously, however, we strongly encourage you to identify yourself. Many investigations can be more quickly and effectively completed when the reporter is identified because it allows METRO GROUP investigator to follow up directly with the reporter. Reports submitted through this system will be treated as confidential information. More detail information about the use of the hotline can be found in the FAQ and the Data Protection Notice.
After your report is completed, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After five to six business days, use your report key and password to check your report for status feedback or questions.
Your report is forwarded to METRO GROUP Compliance only. Your report will be treated by METRO GROUP Compliance in a trustful and professional manner.
