Fanta Youth Fest has been realised in M1 Adana for the 6th time on 26th August with a huge audience: 45.000 young M1 Adana fans!
It is the 15th Fanta Fest being conducted as a roadshow in 10 metropolitan cities in Türkiye, starring Edis, Ceza and Güneş, famous pop and rap singers that young music fans adore.
Other than DJ performances, participants enjoyed almost a 12 hours of full fest practise with game and experience centres, various entertainment areas and enjoyed shopping in M1 Adana!

It has come to an end at the sales process of M1-Gaziantep Shopping Mall, a joint investment of METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye and Fiba Commercial Properties. The property with a 137.682 m² of land and 54.602 m² of leasable area was sold to Erdemoğlu Project Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. company.

It has come to an end at the sales process of M1-Gaziantep Shopping Mall, a joint investment of METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye and Fiba Commercial Properties. The property with a 137.682 m² of land and 54.602 m² of leasable area was sold to Erdemoğlu Project Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. company.

Opened in 1999, M1 Gaziantep Shopping Centre, which is the first shopping centre in the South-eastern Anatolia Region, was sold after a tender and the process was completed in January 2023. Erdemoğlu Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. became the new owner of the property.
M1 Gaziantep Shopping Centre, a joint real estate investment of METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye and Fiba Commercial Properties, with a land area of 137.682 m² and a leasable area of 54.602 m², offers comfortable, fun and affordable shopping opportunities to visitors of all ages with its single-storey architecture, large open car park area, cinema, game centre, amusement park, as well as the largest clearance stores in the region.

M1 Adana music festival hosted various vocals, DJ performances and dancers when the hype for popstars grew bigger and bigger. More than 35.000 young visitors has attended the festival!
Meanwhile, many entertainment kiosks and playgrounds attracted huge attention.
The Festival is a part of a roadshow that takes place in 10 different cities of Türkiye.

Atar Real Estate Investment Fund).The tender process has started in June 2021 and completed in October 2021. M1 Kartal Shopping Centre has been a retail park and a shopping center, having met needs of Kartal District and its residents in the region for 20 years.
The real estate strategy has been to design a mixed-use project that contains a residence and a shopping center where its immediate surroundings can meet their needs and spend their leisure time.
Developed in 2021 and will impressively contribute to the transformation of the region into a living center, the project was sold within the scope of a tender process. The last leasing agreement for M1 Kartal Shopping Center was executed with the tenant Anpa Grossmarket on February 1st, 2021.

Despite the pandemic, METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye has achieved great success and leased its 5,200 m² store in M1 Konya Shopping Center to Migros, one of the leading brands in retail sector.
ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL LEASING DESPITE THE PANDEMIC
5M Migros opened its doors at M1 Konya Shopping Center on 25th June.
Despite the pandemic, METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye has achieved great success and leased its 5,200 m² store in M1 Konya Shopping Center to Migros, one of the leading brands in retail sector.
The new Migros store, which has opened in M1 Konya Shopping Centre, is the 17th store in the city, but it is the first 5M Migros with a sales area of 3,462 m² and over 25,000 range of products.
Offering rich, assorted and fresh product groups in the store under the healthy and hygienic conditions, tens of thousands of goods in greengrocery, meat and deli counters, sea food section, dried food, nuts, health, cosmetics, electronics and glassware sections are sold in the highest quality.
In the first 2 days, 5M Migros hosted almost 10K visitors.
Migros Ticaret A.Ş., as of 23-06-2021 serves its customers with a total 2.600.419 m² closed area, total 2.387 stores of which 2.314 are Migros and 73 are Macrocenter in 81 cities in Türkiye.
