It has come to an end at the sales process of M1 Adana Shopping Mall, a joint investment of METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye and Fiba Commercial Properties. The property with a 258.500 m² of land and 87.000 m² of leasable area was sold to Erdemoğlu Project Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. company.

January 2024, İstanbul;

M1 Adana Shopping Centre, opened in 2000 which has been the first shopping centre in the South-eastern Anatolia Region, was sold after a tender. The process was completed in January 2023. Erdemoğlu Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. became the new owner of the property.

The sale of M1 Konya Shopping Mall, which was opened in 2003 and is the first modern shopping centre in Konya, was completed in January 2024 by tender. The new owner of the property is Erdemoğlu Project Consultancy Construction Inc.

M1 Konya Shopping Mall, which is a joint real estate investment of METRO PROPERTIES Turkey and Fiba Commercial Properties, on a land of 180.000 m² and with a leasable area of 52.000 m²; It offers a shopping experience where it is possible to find everything from clothing to technology, from grocery to white goods within rich options.

Construction permit for M1 Kartal Shopping Center and a 61 thousand m² of housing area to be combined with a new shopping centre, has been sold to Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Atar Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonu (Re-Pie Portfolio Management Co. Atar Real Estate Investment Fund).

The tender process has started in June 2021 and completed in October 2021. M1 Kartal Shopping Centre has been a retail park and a shopping center, having met needs of Kartal District and its residents in the region for 20 years.

The real estate strategy has been to design a mixed-use project that contains a residence and a shopping center where its immediate surroundings can meet their needs and spend their leisure time.

Developed in 2021 and will impressively contribute to the transformation of the region into a living center, the project was sold within the scope of a tender process. The last leasing agreement for M1 Kartal Shopping Center was executed with the tenant Anpa Grossmarket on February 1st, 2021.

In very extraordinary times, METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye leased the store in April, of 10.000 sqm, 2500 sqm of which is the bookstore, cafe and meeting rooms and 7500 sqm is the warehouse for online sales operations with high tech facilities.

Our new tenant is a bookstore which has been operating as a book retailer for 36 years in Bursa. BKM KİTAP (BOOK) possesses BKM Bookstore and bkmkitap.com brands and has a total of 3 additional bookstores in Bursa with 300 employees, on 13.000 sqm area and is called to be the biggest bookstore in Europe.
